Drink water as often as possible. An average adult person should drink at least 8 cups of water a day. This helps the body to take out the toxin in the body and keep their skin moist and hydrated. If you sleep too late and do not get enough sleep at night, it is the worst enemy for your skin. Especially during 10 at night till 2 in the morning, is when your cells are renewed so try to get to sleep early and get enough sleep.

Vitamin C does a great job for balancing and maintaining your skin moist level and formation and synthesis of collagen. Eat a lot of vegetables or fruits that have high vitamins if you want to prevent red spots or freckles. If you drink 1 to 2 cups of carrot or tomato juice, it will help you make your skin look shiner and healthier. In controversy, olive oil, broccoli, almond and brown rice have high vitamin E which also prevents the skin from getting freckles. Try to eat food that are healthy and that can digest well. If you have digestive problems, it shows on your skin. Your skin will start to look pale and white if you have digestive problems and you will also start to get pimples and other skin disorders.

Vinegars have natural ingredients that help to activate your metabolisms and renew the cells that are destroyed. But if used directly on skin, you have to use vinegars that are naturally made and you have to dilute it in water.

Apple vinegar cleansing. If you have rough skin, use apple vinegar diluted in water. This neutralizes the alkaline in soap preventing roughness. It also speeds up the blood circulation and cleans the wastes and sebum in your skin. Put a tea spoon of vinegar in a cup of water and shower your face for about three minutes and rinse it with cold and clean water. If you have dry skin, use this method for 2 or 3 times a week and if you have oily skin, do it for everyday to make your skin more shiny and smooth.

Milk and vinegar lotion. Vinegars help to get rid of the wastes in skin. Mix milk, honey and few drops of vinegar and use it instead of lotion, it prevent your skin from drying out and makes it clean. Mix milk, vinegar and honey and leave it in the fridge and use it at night only for replacement for lotion.

Cucumber and vinegar face mask. Vinegar helps to preserve the vitamins in the vegetables. Cucumbers calm the skin and moistures the skin. Put two to three drops of vinegar in cucumber face mask and it will help the vitamins get absorbed better. Grate the cucumbers and put 3 drops of vinegar and mix it with little bit of flour and put it on your face for about 15 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.

Salt Skin Treatment

If you want to have clear skin, you first have to have clear intestines. When you wake up in the morning, put 4 tea spoons of salt in 1.5L water and drink it in an empty stomach. This will help you cleanse your colon and help you go to the toilet better.

Washing face with salt scrub helps you remove excessive sebum and removes old keratin. Put a table spoon of salt on our fingers and massage it gently. If you have been walking for too long and have sore feet, put some salt in water and leave your feet in the water for half an hour. It will help you to release fatigue.

Salt is good for disinfecting the skin. If you have pimples, dissolve salt in water and soak it in cotton wool and put it on your skin where you have pimples or papules. It will heal the skin disorder quickly. If you want better and faster and better effect, use the leave salt in the water for at least a night and use the salt water.
