How can tomatoes help you to have a better skin?
Tomatoes are the most famous food for protecting your body from fatigue and getting exhausted. Tomatoes have high fructose, glucose, vitamin C, and E and beta carotene and 97% of it is composed with water. Tomatoes can prevent you from aging, cancers and getting rough skin and wrinkles. It can strengthen your immune system and the vitamin K in tomatoes provides calcium that the body needs and prevents arthritis. It also strengthens the lungs as well as the respiratory organs, preventing respiratory ailments. Tomatoes can break down the alcohols so it’s good to eat tomatoes when you have hangover. The high vitamin components in tomatoes can help your skin to stay elastic and protect it from getting freckles and red spots. The vitamin H in tomatoes is good for treating pimples.

If your want to get rid of your pimples, use grated tomatoes mixed with corn flour and milk and put it on your face for about 30 minutes and wash it off with warm water and rinse it with cold water at last.

If you want to balance your skin, wash tomatoes, lotus root and aloe and put it in the mixer and mix it together with corn flour and milk.
