Vinegar For Skincare

Vinegars have natural ingredients that help to activate your metabolisms and renew the cells that are destroyed. But if used directly on skin, you have to use vinegars that are naturally made and you have to dilute it in water.

Apple vinegar cleansing. If you have rough skin, use apple vinegar diluted in water. This neutralizes the alkaline in soap preventing roughness. It also speeds up the blood circulation and cleans the wastes and sebum in your skin. Put a tea spoon of vinegar in a cup of water and shower your face for about three minutes and rinse it with cold and clean water. If you have dry skin, use this method for 2 or 3 times a week and if you have oily skin, do it for everyday to make your skin more shiny and smooth.

Milk and vinegar lotion. Vinegars help to get rid of the wastes in skin. Mix milk, honey and few drops of vinegar and use it instead of lotion, it prevent your skin from drying out and makes it clean. Mix milk, vinegar and honey and leave it in the fridge and use it at night only for replacement for lotion.

Cucumber and vinegar face mask. Vinegar helps to preserve the vitamins in the vegetables. Cucumbers calm the skin and moistures the skin. Put two to three drops of vinegar in cucumber face mask and it will help the vitamins get absorbed better. Grate the cucumbers and put 3 drops of vinegar and mix it with little bit of flour and put it on your face for about 15 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.
